  Please examine your Poilâne parcel immediately upon arrival to ensure the fresh contents are in perfect condition.

  If there is an issue with your order, email our team within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and a brief explanation.

  Attach high-quality photographs of the packaging and the specific food items to help our bakers assess the quality concern.
